The Blogger’s Prayer

Computer-GuruOur Bloggers who art on WordPress
Hallowed be thy sites
Thy Followers come
Thy posts be done
As in ‘draft’
So it is in ‘published’
Give us this day our daily post
And forgive us our non-posting days
As we forgive those who do not daily post for us
And lead us not into blogging errors
But deliver us from blog-mundanity
For thine is the post-kingdom, and the word-power, and the ‘Liked’-glory
For ever and ever

  3. OMG this is so brilliant, I love it for sure! ☼ I just tweeted it. 😀

  4. I sit at the computer and pray for blogging guidance…so this is so appropriate!!

  5. Curiously Brilliant wording. Prayer Majestic and Awesome.
The Bible says that what happens to us is a direct consequence of our relationship with our Creator, because it is GOD who is in charge of all that happens in the physical world.
Your prayer certainly, I feel, touches the Bloggers heart in it’s true spirit.

    • I don’t entirely agree with your statement as I am not a Christian, but I do think that God – or any God/god/godddess should or would have a sense of humour, and appreciate this take on ‘His’ prayer.
      ‘Curiously brilliant’… I like that!
      Blessings be

  9. Hi Heidi,

Could you please intercede for me, to the WordPress (hollowed be its Name!) for the forgiveness of all my mistakes and immediate transfer to the upper class of archbloggers?

    Thank you😇

    Saint Rom👼

  10. My childhood memories of this prayer makes this especially entertaining. Thanks. As a fellow working-class, busy mum, free blogger, we are all of us forgiven. May your moments in the blogosphere be as many as you wish.
